Description

Amarillo is an India Pale Ale with a delicious mouthfeel and super fresh taste and aroma of passion fruit, peach, and citrus.

The American hops, Amarillo, Citra, and Mosaic, are added in increasing amounts during both boiling and fermentation, which gives the beer a very full, slightly bitter taste and aroma with tropical fruit characteristics.
